- Description: The refrigerator stopped cooling properly. We already had a technician here through Puls yesterday. He said mechanically, everything is working ok (compressor, fan, etc.) and that he suspects the issue is there was a freon gas leakage, and that he is not able to fix that because it requires a technician with that expertise. He said he will notify his company to send such a technician, but I haven't heard anything. We need this fixed urgently.
